Milo’s Story
Milo began as my final year project at University, initially targeting military families experiencing separation due to deployment. The project has always been close to my heart thanks to my military father. I also noticed that this problem of family separation, in many walks of life, is one frequently experienced but rarely addressed.
I wanted to create a product that provided opportunity for the whole family to play together but gave young children a special product which was their connection to their absent parent.
The treasure hunt aspect aims to create a fun activity that children could be excited to play each week whilst acting as a countdown to their parents return. The Milo experience is centred around the child’s need for play, routine and family contact but importantly includes both the parent at home and the absent parent.
Having completed my studies with positive feedback I would love to get Milo to market. So I hope you’ll follow our journey and get in touch!
